As a newly recruit player of the Warriors, JaVale McGee was playing great during their preseason game against the Los Angeles Lakers last Saturday night. He proved something to the Warriors of the things he can do if chances are given to him by the team.

Everybody should watch how JaVale McGee executed a dunk as Patrick McCaw passed the ball perfectly towards him. It was an admirable dunk that made most of the audience stand including the Warriors followed by his defensive block against Anthony Brown. He wanted to impress the Warriors by bringing his talent and helping them to get another Championship title, according to CSN Bay Area.

The warriors picked up JaVale McGee since shot blockers Andrew Bogut and Festus Ezeli were both gone the last offseason. Due to McGees' poor performances as a player, he didn't receive a guaranteed contract last summer. He was not so effective in his early career in Washington and Denver on his defensive role, SF Gate reported.

There is no doubt that Coach Steve Kerr was impressed of what JaVale McGee showed last preseason. It seems like their effort to revive his career is not a waste for the Golden State Warrior. They witnessed the second side of McGee that could proved useful to the team.

JaVale McGee ended the game against the Lakers with a better performance on the floor. In Just 13 minutes, he got 12 points, 4 rebounds, and a couple of blocks.
