'American Horror Story' Season 6 Episode 6 Spoilers & Updates: Promo Video Hints At Roanoke Twist
Producer of the "American Horror Story: Roanoke," Ryan Murphy, has just hinted that part 2 of the sixth season for the series would reveal a shocking turn of events, beginning with Episode 6.
Episode 5 of "American Horror Story" Season 6 ended with Flora, Lee (Angela Basset), Matt (Cuba Gooding Jr.), and Shelby (Sarah Paulson) finally escape from the clutches of the Butcher (Kathy Bates) and find temporary sanctuary in a cheap motel nearby. They are safe now from the mayhem and killings that had consumed their lives for the previous months.
Their escape was due, in part, with the help of Ambrose (Wes Bentley) who conveniently turned traitor in Episode 5. It is known that the characters survived their ordeal due to the fact that they all taped interviews for My Roanoke Nightmare.
What now? The promo for the sixth episode shows Cheyenne Jackson's character, believed by many to be the producer of My Roanoke Nightmare, tell his cameraman to never stop filming - whatever he is told otherwise by anyone - as they go to live film the infamous house. This, including Cheyenne himself. This indicates the show will be shifting to the behind-the-scenes players. It is possible that Cheyenne's character does not truly believe his witnesses and wishes to discover the truth about everything.
In addition to this, Ryan Murphy indicated in a tweet that Evan Peters (playing as Edward Mott) will debut in Episode 6 of AHS: Roanoke. Edward Mott, relative to Dandy Mott on AHS: Freak Show, built the mansion as a location to meet up with his gay lover and keep his valuables, until his untimely death at the hands of the Butcher shortly after his home is completed. He returns as a ghost and it is believed that he will help others against the Butcher.
Evan Peters makes his season debut in tonight's American Horror Story: Roanoke...and no, he's not playing a producer.

In another surprising twist, Producers Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy have left AHS fans stumped on what to expect come Episode 6, with many unable to find a definitive speculation that explained what was going to happen.
Brad Falchuk, AHS co-creator, excitedly told fans that whatever fans think Episode 6 will be about, it is not that. He then went on to add "Episode 5 ends, and you're like, 'What happened?'" Come episode 6, fans will be left wondering, "'Wait, what happened?'"
Gleefully confirming the change in direction, Ryan teased that starting from Episode 6 there would be a big change in events on the show, "The thing you think you are watching is not what you're are watching at all."
Will Matt and Shelby still play a major role in the upcoming episode? You'll just have to wait and see. You can catch "American Horror Story:Roanoke" on FX every Wednesday.
