Pokemon Go released its latest versions for both iOS and Android Thursday. One of the most notable changes of the app is The Catch Bonus.

The Catch bonus allows players to bring six Pokemon Go characters to fight at friendly Gyms, IGN reports. Minor issues were now managed. Players will no longer have to close and reopen their Egg and Incubator screens since it now has the capability to update on its own. The new features also lets players to temporarily lower down CP while on training.

According to CNet, in order to train six Pokemon Go characters, the player only needs to follow a similar procedure on how to battle an opposing team. Players can begin with tapping the glove icon and the new version will now suggest training the six Pokemon.

A Pro's tip was revealed on the report, saying that players need to take note of the CP of each Pokemon Go character right before they choose the six to train. If the player now gets his ideal six, he or she can now tap the Go Button, and then the battle starts.

This is not an assurance, though, that characters will get a higher CP rate after several gym wins. It also does not guarantee a fairer fight even when the new versions suggest that players can now have the option to lower down CP while on training.

Forbes gave a comprehensive report on how the new system is different to its older versions, based on its catch bonuses the player gains. The app's decreased animation time during evolution has also been noted. Pokemon Go's latest update versions are 0.41.2 for Android and 1.11.2 for iOS. The app maintains a $2 million daily profit and has been downloaded by 5 million Android and iOS users combined.
