‘Grey's Anatomy’ Season 13 Episode 4 Updates & Spoilers: Jackson & April To Have Healthy Divorced Relationship With Kid? The Return of Tessa Ferrer

Season 13 episode 4 of "Grey's Anatomy" will find Alex (Justin Chambers) attempting to right things but he may find this easier said than done. The Grey Sloan doctors are not willing to just overlook what happened with DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti).

Adding to all this drama, April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) attempt to have a normal co-parenting relationship but this is, again, easier said than done. But first, Dr. Leah Murphy (Tessa Ferrer) will be returning to Grey Sloan Memorial. Tessa has confirmed that she returns to ABC's hit series "Grey's Anatomy" in season 13, playing the same role in seasons 9 & 10, reports Deadline.

Ferrer had been bumped up to regular for Season 10, but her contract wasn't picked up for Season 11. At the time, it was still hinted at that she might make a couple of guest appearances on the show. A synopsis of the "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode 4, titled "Falling Slowly" released on Cartermatt by ABC states: "Alex tries to do the right thing but still can't catch a break. Jackson and April adjust to their 'new normal' with the baby. While Meredith and Nathan establish what's going on between them, Amelia questions the state of her relationship with Owen."

Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) had been previously seen to return to the Memorial after having visited Callie, her sister, in New York City. What she found when she arrived back was that DeLuca was in terrible shape over what happened, the implication is that Alex was involved. DeLuca revealed that he believed that, despite the fact that he had been the one attacked, many people held him responsible for Alex's incarceration. This led to Arizona snapping and telling off Alex, who in turn snapped and shouted at Arizona, telling her to mind her own business, realizing what he done afterwards when it was too late.

The expectation is that we will see Alex in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 4 do everything in his power to get back to the good graces of everyone, especially those of DeLuca. He will discover, however, that the minds of people are not easily changed once damage has been done.

In other news, April and Jackson attempt to have a "healthy" divorced-with-kids-relationship as they adjust to the whole situation, producer Shonda Rhimes reveals in an interview with TVLine. "They're going to really try to do this in a healthy way. But is that healthy way going to feel so healthy when they still have feelings for each other?" In "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 4, April and Jackson (Japril) may discover that their residual feelings for one another may just complicate matters.
