It seems the boys have banded together to proclaimed that they are proud of who they are. As a show of "pride and unity" they had their "wieners out". Butters also proclaimed that thinking with their "wieners" is not a bad thing. Denofgeek report that there are also hints that Kyle may have something to with this.
