Carter-Williams is his stats show is a reliable playmaker and a good rebounder due to his height. Michael Carter-Williams averaged 5.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists and a good amount of scoring of 14.5 per game. Carter-Williams won the Rookie of the Year back in 2014. But the thing is, Carter-Williams is a total liability beyond the arc, something that a team cannot afford, especially for a team that doesn't have a LeBron-type of player.
Carter-Williams is terrible from the 3-point line with just 25%. In today's NBA generation, 3-points scoring is a necessity, that even a seven foot power forward or center can even hit three. Dirk Nowitzki, Jonas Jerebko, Luis Scola, Julian Yi, Kristaps Porziņģis, Karl-Anthony Towns to name a few, these are just some of the notable bigmen that you cannot leave wide open from the parking lot.
In a report held by the Brew Hoop, the Milwaukee Bucks are eager to trade either Michael Carter-Williams or Greg Monroe for a shooting guard. An adept wingman is what the Bucks really need as Coach Jason Kidd said previously.
Michael Carter-Williams could be traded early this NBA season before the year of 2016 ends. Many believed that Carter-Williams would likely to be the first man out before Greg Monroe steps out.
