Hot off the heels of the recently streamed Netflix show "Luke Cage," the said online platform released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Marvel superhero show "Iron Fist," alongside the revelation of its release date and a new BTS photo from the set.

The fourth of Marvel's Netflix-exclusive properties, "Iron Fist" centers on Billionaire martial arts expert Danny Rand, who returns to New York City after disappearing from public sight 15 years ago. He intends to reclaim his birthright as the rightful head of his family's business and fortune. However, the arrival of a long-destined enemy will change his perspective and forthcoming plans. To that regard, he will be using his fighting abilities and his mystical powers as the Iron Fist to combat the rising amount of crime and corruption in the city.

Finn Jones (known as Loras Tyrell in the hit HBO series "Game of Thrones") will be headlining the show as the titular hero, and will be joined by Jessica Henwick (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), David Wenham (The Lord of The Rings: Return of the King), and Jessica Stroup (The Following).

Jones' Iron Fist character will eventually team up with Charlie Cox' Daredevil, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, and Mike Colter's Luke Cage in the fifth Netflix-Marvel collaboration, "The Defenders."

Marvel's "Iron Fist" is slated to hit online on March 17, 2017.
