Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo 'Descendants of the Sun' 2 Confirmed? Couple Having A Baby?

Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo had been rumored to have a romantic relationship after they starred in the hit series, "Descendants of the Sun." According to reports, the upcoming season 2 is already confirmed. Rumors also reveal that the Song-Song couple will be having a baby soon.

The second season of the series is already confirmed and may possibly be aired next year. According to Jung Sung Ho, it will be a way to provide more entertainment to the show's huge fan base.

“We want to repay viewers with the next ‘Descendants of the Sun.’ We are grateful to viewers, overseas fans, staff, and actors. The drama was more than a domestic syndrome; it established a third wave of Hallyu. KBS will strive to produce a second 'Descendants of the Sun' to meet expectations and repay viewers. We plan to launch a 2017 ‘Descendants of the Sun’ project for broadcast in 2017 through negotiations with the cast and production team,” Jung Sung Ho said according to iTech Post.

New rumors even speculate that they will be having a baby soon not just in real life but in the "Descendants of the Sun" Season 2.

Reports reveal that Season 2 will focus on the family life of Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's characters. Meanwhile, Captain Yoo Si Jin (Song Joong Ki) and Dr. Kang Mo Yeon (Song Hye Kyo) will encounter many dilemmas involving their duties as public servants and as parents.

According to Morning Ledger, the love team will be attending the premiere of Battleship Island which is a movie starred by Song Joong Ki. It is set in the Japanese colonial era wherein around 400 Korean people were forced to work on the Battleship Island or the Hashima Island.

Song Joong Ki is joined by Hwang Jung-Min and So Ji0Sub in the movie. It is said that Song Hye Kyo is supportive of said project who even sent a coffee truck to the set of the film. Coffee truck company Coffee Pong even posted a photo on their Instagram with a sign that says, “Song Joong Ki, Battleship Island staff, Stay Strong!”

But despite all that, the two are mum about their relationship and even denied being romantically linked to each other. Fans are not convinced with their denial and they still believe that the two have a relationship.
