According to iTechPost "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 2 has a new date which is moved to October 3. This upcoming episode of the show will be all about Maze (Lesley Ann-Brandt) babysitting Lucifer's (Tom Ellis) mother.
"Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 2 is titled 'Liar, Liar, Slutty Dress on Fire.' Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) shows up at a scene of a murder and pleads innocent. Lucifer is hesitant to believe her and asks Maze to look after her while he investigates on the case with Chloe (Lauren German).
It can be recalled that Charlotte, "Lucifer's" mother escaped from hell in episode 1. It also marks the return of Maze and Dr. Martin in the show. The first episode ended with Charlotte passing out in "Lucifer's" arms.
It has been reported by News Everyday that Charlotte escaped the gates of hell and wants to spend time with her sons. She has been trapped in hell for so many years and it is unclear if she seeks revenge upon her escape. "Lucifer" Season 2 will explore more on Charlotte's life and character.
Maze comes back and chooses Lucifer over Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside). This then is the cause of the latter's jealousy towards his brother. The jealousy that is developed will eventually lead to the brother's fight in "Lucifer" Season 2.
Meanwhile, now that "Lucifer" has his mother with them, it is time for them to have a reunion. "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 2 will explore more on the family and what Charlotte's intentions are in escaping from hell.
Episode 2 of "Lucifer" Season 2 will start right away right after the events from the first episode. The series airs every Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT.
