"Modern Family" Season 8 Episode 3 will have Manny (Rico Rodriguez) and Luke (Nolan Gould) compete with each other in being the class president. The previous episode titled 'Stereotypical Day' touched a sensitive issue when the show introduced a transgender child.

In a report from International Business Times, Luke decides to run for class president against Manny in Modern Family Season 8. He believes that this is the only way to get into a reputable college. Luke's mom Claire (Julie Bowen) will help in his campaign as she is known to be very competitive. Manny will be supported by Gloria (Sofia Vergara) and Jay (Ed O'Neill) who are also good in competition.

Haley (Sarah Hyland) will experience challenges in her newly opened business. Her father Phil (Ty Burrell) asks her to meet an expert in marketing so to help out with her business in "Modern Family" Season 8. The upcoming episode also focuses on Cam (Eric Stonestreets) who invites his boyfriend to live with him and Mitch (Jesse Tyler Fergusson).

According to iTechPost, Jackson Milarker has been included as Tom in "Modern Family" Season 8. Tom is Lily's friend. He went to Lily's for a visit and while everything went smoothly, Lily badmouthed Tom. Cam and Mitchell step in to teach Lily a lesson about acceptance.
