‘Digimon Adventure Tri' Movie 2016 To Be Released in U.S. Theaters On Sep. 29
The "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016 will be shown in 18 U.S. theaters this Thursday, Sep. 29. The film will be screened with English dub.
According to Anime News Network, Toei Animation and Eleven Arts have announced last Saturday that it will host more screenings of the first part of the "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016, entitled "Chapter 1: Reunion." It will be shown with an English dub beginning Sep. 29.
Moreover, theater-goers will receive a limited edition mini-poster of the "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016 which is specifically made for U.S. audiences. In its official website, Eleven Arts has shared a list of theaters that will screen the film. Screening dates have also been revealed.
Beginning Sep. 29, the "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016 will be shown in The Maple Theater (Bloomfield, MI), Movie World Cinemas (Douglaston, NY) and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Austin Village (Austin, TX). On Sep. 30, it will be screened at Harkins Theaters Valley Art (Tempe, AZ), Camera 3 Cinema (San Jose, CA), Music Box Theater (Chicago, IL), Palace West Theater (Wichita, KS), Warren Theater (Broken Arrow, OK), Megaplex - Jordan Commons (Sandy, UT), Megaplex - Gateway (Salt Lake City, UT).
Other areas are Grand Illusion Cinema (Seattle, WA). In October, the "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016 will be screened in San Francisco, Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, Chicago, Kansas City, Cleveland Heights, Columbus and Houston.
Toei Animation and Eleven Arts previously screened the English-dubbed version of the "Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016 in more than 300 theaters in the United States and Canada on Sep. 15. The first film, "Reunion," debuted in Japan last November. The second film, entitled "Determination," opened in Japan on Mar. 12.
"Digimon Adventure Tri" movie 2016's third part, "Confession," opened in Japan last Saturday, Sep 23. iDigitalTimes reported that the recent installment is already available for viewing at Crunchyroll for premium members. Free members will be able to watch the movie on Oct. 23.
