Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo No More Since Actor Has A Wife?
Fans of Song Joong Ki were shocked about the news that he has a wife. With that, they are trying to get every information about the allege wife who is not his co-star in Descendants of the Sun, Song Hye Kyo.
Recent rumors indicate that Song Joong Ki is already married to Mai Wei, a 20-year-old Chinese. Mai Wei already made TV appearances and is recently studying in Beijing University in China.
The fans of the actor are alarmed that he kept his marriage secret and are even worried about his onscreen partner Song Hye Kye.
According to Yibada, the quest for his wife started on May 31 for a contest in Beijing. During the said contest, the aspiring wives of the actor were put into a test where they are judged based on how much they know the Korean star.
There were two rounds of talent hunt and the winner will be the wife of the actor. The top three winners were given the opportunity to be a model and win free tickets to meet the star. As for Mai Wei, she was given 6000 Yuan not just as a prize but as a "dowry."
But it appears that the Chinese woman is just a "contest wife" and is not a legal wife. She is just named that way for the competition.
"I am so happy that I will finally be able to meet [Song Joong Ki] oppa up close," said Mai Wei according to All K Pop, who managed to get the title as the wife of the actor.
With that, fans of Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo should not be worried after all because their favorite actor is still single and there is still a chance that the pair will indeed reveal their romantic connection soon.
