IFA 2016 news and updates

IFA - Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (International Radio Exhibition Berlin) the only show which presents the latest products and innovations of the technology world. Only IFA offers such a big platform which attracts the tech giants from more than 100 countries.

It is one of the oldest industrial exhibitions in the world and Europe's biggest tech show. IFA takes place in Berlin at the beginning of September every year and this year it will be held between Sept 2 to Sept 7, with press events starting a couple of days before.

According to Mirror UK, the known and the unknown names of the tech giants ruling the world tech market will come up with their innovative products to show up their make and market the items in the Europe's biggest tech show IFA 2016. The big companies- Samsung, Lenovo, Sony, Microsoft etc. along with more Chinese tech giants will showcase their products in this tech platform. People expect a lot from an exhibition which is the best in the world.

Smart phones

The devices most liked by the people and the visitors will first show up to these products before having a look at the other products. There are rumors that Sony will unveil its new phone Xperia Z6, South Korean smart phone firm LG will unveil its next gen curved smart phone, the G Flex 3 at the show along with LG V20 which is likely to be shown in separate event of San Francisco, Huawei might unveil Mate 9 handset, Samsung who recently launched Galaxy Note 7, rumors suggest that the company might come up with new smart phone. The other tech giants might also reveal new smart phones in IFA 2016.

TV's

South Korean giant Samsung recently revealed that it will come up with new curved screen gaming monitors with best features such as monitor CF 791 34 (inch display) and Monitor CFG70 (23.5inch and 27inch display) as per Techspot. LG is also ready to unveil Ultra-wide curved screen monitors such as LG 38UC99 (38-inch display), LG 34UC79G (34-inch display) gaming monitor and LG UM79G (34-inch display) with Google cast streaming capabilities as per Yahoo. The other companies like Panasonic, Sony and Philips etc. are likely to exhibit their innovative products in IFA.

Laptops and Tablets

Although the rumors on these devices are less, but there are expectations that the tech giants will come up with their new innovative technologies at IFA. Lenovo is rumored to bring new hybrid device for its flexible Yoga range, which is said to feature a revolutionary new design as per MirrorUK.

Wearables

Asus might launch a Zenwatch and Samsung is expected to announce its Tizen-powered Gear S3. Recently there are no announcements of smart watches and wearables in the market and there are expectations of many companies coming with new innovative wearables which the people will prefer to wear- as per Mashable.

Hans-Joachim Kamp, chairman of the supervisory board of Consumer & Home Electronics GmbH (gfu) said "The IFA will give a boost to national and international markets. For 2016 overall, we expect stable earnings at the previous year's level for consumer electronics products. With regard to home appliances, the IFA will continue to support the positive trend in large and small electrical appliances. Pioneering, exciting trends, developments and innovations have always been under the spotlight at the IFA. The event remains the pioneer in successful business developments, with a convincing line-up of products." as per IFA Berlin 2016.
