Kpop News: BIG Hit Entertainmet Released An Official Statement On BTS's Rap Monster Condition

Big Hit Entertainment has released an official statement about BTS leader Rap Monster's current health condition and for being unable to continue performing on stage concert on July 23 in Beijing.

Big Hit Entertainment posted their official statement via twitter on July 24.

The statement says:

"Hello, this is Big Hit Entertainment.

Rap Monster, who is currently visiting Beijing for the '2016 BTS LIVE Asia Tour' became ill during the concert and received an examination from a medical professional on site.

According to the medical professional, Rap Monster was having difficulty breathing due to the heat and a lack of oxygen, causing a temporary decline in his health, although they say that there is nothing seriously wrong with his health. Nevertheless, as the members' health is the top priority, Rap Monster did not [return] to the stage and today's concert was held by the remaining six members.

We sincerely apologize to the fans who came to the concert today, and to all of the fans who were worried."

BTS is currently on their Asia tour entitled "2016 BTS LIVE: The Most Beautiful Moment In Life On Stage: Epilogue." The group is almost done with their tour, finishing 7 stops in different countries and cities across Asia.

Their next concert will be on July 30 in Manila. And they will wrap up their tour in Tokyo on August 13-14.
