‘Big Brother 18’ Spoilers and News Update: Drama and Twists Pose Challenges for Contestants Next Week

Season 18 of 'Big Brother' premiered yesterday night and viewers were introduced to the 16 houseguests who will be vying for the $500,000 prize money. The game began, leading to a lot of squabbles and drama, which means it is going to be one another badass chaotic season.

As the show progressed, the teams were split into groups of four and the competition began. While three teams won safety, one team had to fight for survival and it was team Freakazoids, led by Nicole Franzel (season 16 past contestant). It lost out on the premiere episode challenge, leaving one of the group members open to the first eviction.

The members who came under danger were Nicole Franzel, Tiffany Rousso, Glenn Garcia and Corey Brooks. And after a game of rolling coconuts and SOS signs, dog groomer Glenn was the one who had to leave the house. He could not pass the challenge while competing against his own team members and was handed out the walking papers.

But his eviction was not something of a surprise. Seeing him go through tough times during the game, gave fans enough proof to predict that he was going to be eliminated. And now that he was out of the game, the other three team members got to decide who would be nominated as the first Head of Household (HOH) for the season.

Since they were the losing side, this was a consolation prize and Nicole was selected by the three, which had some terrible repercussions. Most were shocked but Paul Abrahamian was furious. He went into the cursing mode and really did not like the fact that a returning houseguest has seized power in the house.

And it seemed like he had invited trouble for himself for he faced the risk of getting nominated. But eventually, Jozea Flores and Paulie Calafiore were nominated for eviction. The next week will reveal who will be saved and who will go home. And it is going to more exciting as the producers have lined up as a special new game, set to debut in the next episode.
