Kpop News: 4Minute Members Unfolds Future Plans
Following the reports of 4Minute's disbandment, the members have revealed their future plans.
According to a news outlet, "Heo Gayoon and Nam Jihyun have desires for acting while Jeon Jiyoon is determined to pursue singing and producing, so she's looking for an agency that will support her. They have received offers from other agencies but no contracts have been signed yet."
While Kwon Sohyun, she is currently appearing in skyTV's variety program "My Pet Laboratory" and will continue to be a part of the fixed cast.
HyunA, who has re-signed her contract and continue working with Cube Entertainment, is currently working on a new album with plans for a summer comeback.
On June 19, Cube Entertainment released a report that 4Minute members Jihyun, Gayoon, Jiyoon, and Sohyun decided not to renew their contracts with the label.
4Minute is a five-member South Korean girl group formed in 2009 by Cube Entertainment with music singles and albums released primarily in South Korea and Japan. The members of the group are Nam Ji-hyun, Heo Ga-yoon, Jeon Ji-yoon,Kim Hyun-a, and Kwon So-hyun.The group debuted in June 2009 with its first single, "Hot Issue", and in December 2010, it released its first Japanese album, Diamond. In 2011, the group released its first Korean full-length album,4Minutes Left.
