Kpop News: EXO’s upcoming album ‘EX’ACT’ hits 660,000 records of pre-order sales
EXO is still teasing with their upcoming comeback but their full studio album already hit the highest records. According to reports, pre-order sales of the group's album surpass over 660,000 copies. Korean version of the album sales marks 442,890 and 217,290 of the Chinese version, a total of 660,180 copies.
This just implies the great anticipation of the fans for their comeback. The boys will be returning with 2 title tracks "Monster" and "Lucky One" and with their full-length album which is consist of 11 tracks.
EXO recently hold their large-scale showcase on June 8 at Seoul's Olympic Park Hall for their promotional activity of their comeback.
During the conference, aside from talking about their comeback, the group shared their plans for an upcoming collaboration with Yoo Jae Suk. Member Baekhyun said, "We have a song ready. We want to do a performance with a song that's new and different from our songs. The song is really good. It's better than our song. I wanted to ask if we could use it as our title track instead."
Meanwhile, after the release of the group's album, Promotions will consecutively follow on the same day.
EXO will start their comeback stage on Mnet's 'M! Countdown' on June 9 and continue onto KBS' 'Music Bank' on the 10th,MBC's 'Show! Music Core' on the 11th, and SBS' 'Inkigayo' on the 12th.
This will be the third album that the group released.
EXO made their debut in December 2011 with twelve members and was divided into sub-groups EXO-K and EXO-M. They rose to fame with the release of their best-selling album XOXO in 2013. Followed by their album EXODUS that was released in 2015, pre-orders reached 502,440 copies surpassing the half mark of million sales.
