Dance Moms Spoilers: Abby Lee Miller Asking Delay in Judge for $5M Fraud Case
ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller is currently fending off bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations charges. Amid the plethora of cases filed against her, Deadline reported that the 'Dance Moms' coach asked the court for a sixth extension to respond to the charges hurled against her last October.
Sources also revealed that her frequent extension requests is dragging the progress of her case. If the court under Judge Terrence McVerry grants it, it'll be her last. Once the court finds her guilty, she could be slapped with a five-year prison term plus $5 million fines in penalty. As of the moment, Miller's legal counsel is negotiating a plea bargain on her behalf.
Meanwhile, JoJo Siwa is currently on the spotlight in part two of 'Dance Moms' season 6 after the young dancer's failure to show up in a contest. The 13-year-old was set to participate in the Fierce National Dance Competition in Calabasas along with her ALDC teammates. But on the day of the competition, Siwa was nowhere around.
As reported by the International Business Times, Miller flared up with Siwa's absence. Interestingly, the coach knew exactly where Siwa spent her time while the rest of the team was competing.
On the day she's scheduled to compete, the young JoJo apparently made the mistake of uploading an Instagram snapshot of her with a 'Pool Day' caption. Miller retorted by uploading a counter-Instagram post with a picture of Siwa's teammates Kalani Hilliker, Nia Frazier, Kendall Vertes and Brynn Rumfallo with a caption that said, "These girls certainly were not at the pool today!"
In another 'Dance Moms' update, Nia Frazier is reportedly starring in an upcoming film that is currently underway. She mentioned that she still managed to juggle her hectic filming schedules along with her ADLC rehearsals, Movie News Guide reported. When quizzed over the movie she'll appear name, Frazier refuses to answer.
