The title of the seventh episode of Game of Thrones Season 6, 'Broken Man' did rouse several predictions and speculations on the plot of the episode.

The seventh episode drafted by Bryan Cogman and directed by Mark Mylod would be based on the theme as mentioned by the official synopsis wherein Jonathan would eye another target, with Nikolaj confronting a hero and Arya making plans on something.

Before getting to the synopsis, it's fair to break the title and derive insights from it. The title 'The Broken Man' could lead to two hypotheses - first referring to the speech by Septon Meribald as highlighted in the novel from which the story is based. The speech throws light on how the glorious descriptions of war could be misleading, and the miserable life that the army deserters live. The second theory that the title point to, is the return of the Hound, as given by Game of Thrones Wikia. It states that the hound survives, who is now a broken man.

Now, coming to the synopsis - "The High Sparrow eyes another target" signify that it would continue dominating over the Westeros taking on a new target who could be Cersei, Tyrell or even Jaime. Jaime could be a preferred choice as taking control over Jamie means controlling the Lannisters. At the same time, there are speculations suggesting that High Sparrow would also keep an eye on the converted targets specifically Margaery Tyrell.

"Jaime confront a hero" - as evident from the teaser that Jaime is visiting Brynden, could rouse interest as both Sansa and Brienne are on the way in an effort to unite the North against Ramsay. Jaime and Brienne confronting each other could spoil the plot for Tormund which could be the case, as the teaser show that he is willing to die for Jon Snow.

The episode 6 saw Arya abandon the house of Black and White, and the synopsis says that he might be making a good plan. The teaser video ends with a mention of undead - so the "North is reminded" could be referring to the white walkers. However, fans have to wait for episode 7, for the final revelations.
