Affleck started dating actress Jennifer Garner in mid-2004, after being met on the sets of Pearl Harbor and Daredevil. The duo married in 2005, in a close, intimate wedding ceremony and currently have three children together, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.
They suffered a marital crisis when Affleck was seen involved with the children's nanny. In a 2016 Vanity Fair profile, Garner commented: "He's the love of my life. What am I going to do about that?
