Spoilers ahead.

Rumor has it that Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) might face-off against Men of Letters in Season 12 of "Supernatural." Recent reports indicate that the upcoming season will be centered on Men of Letters as they have been following the Winchester Brothers for quite sometime now.

Lady Toni Bevelle (Elizabeth Blackmore) is also set to make an appearance in the next season of "Supernatural." This confirms the rumors that Dean and Sam will indeed find out more about the Men of Letters in the new season.

The fans have still not forgotten about the mystery surrounding Mary Winchester's return in the season 11 finale. Season 12 will reveal what it means for Sam and Dean, now that her character has come back.

Another thing that waits to be seen is whether or not Amara (Emily Swallow) and Chuck (God) will reappear in the 12th season. According to news reports, Amara's death in previous season didn't appear very convincing, especially due to the way she acted for the rest of the season.

The media outlet also noted six of the most chilling scenes in season 11 that featured Amara. As per the last one, All Amara wanted was love and care which made der seduce Dean in one of the episodes of the season.
