'Wolverine 3' Release Date, News & Update: Will Hugh Jackman Be Pitted Against Reavers, Hellfire Club in the Upcoming Mutant Movie?
In a recent report, it has been noted that the upcoming "Wolverine 3" will be set in the future. Hugh Jackman will fight against the organized evil as he breathes life into Old Man Logan. The report also highlighted that "Wolverine 3" villain will feature Reavers pitted against the old man Logan. The Reavers are a group of cyborgs who are determined to cause destruction and chaos. The group is led by Boyd Holbrook as they look for Old Man Logan in "Wolverine 3."
Boyd Holbrook and the Reavers will be further seen taking orders from Donald Pierce in the new mutant movie. Donald Pierce has never been secretive about his dislike for the X-Men and the mutants and is once again prepared to d whatever it takes in wiping them out.
Reports also point out that the Reavers are now in the business of helping fighting off the X-Men, including Wolverine. According to the comics, Wolverine succeeded in overthrowing the Reavers. However, Donald Pierce reassembled the group for his purpose.
Another report pointed out that Richard E Grant, of "Bram Stoker's Dracula fame, will play the part of Donald Pierce in "Wolverine 3." Hellfire Club is in fact the corporation that is headed by Donald Pierce and is being kept together by Boyd Holbrook with the help of the Reavers.
There is also news that Liev Schreiber may reprise his role as Sabretooth in "Wolverine 3." However, the news is yet to be confirmed. Another article noted that the Live Schreiber was contacted by Hugh Jackman for reappearing as Victor Creed/Sabretooth with Old Man Logan in "Wolverine 3."
