'Transparent' season 4 News and Update: 'Transparent' Soon Going To Be Renewed For Season 4 At Amazon
Debuted in 2014, Jill Soloway highlighted a prevalent distasteful issue by commencing a television series 'Transparent'. The American comedy is created for Amazon studios and two of its seasons have been considered applause-worthy and extensively commendable.
An update regarding the comedy drama series has gleaned fan base globally, which is why Amazon has decided to reintroduce the series for fourth season with Soloway still being affiliated with the series as its executive producer. The series has now commenced its third season as yet, but Amazon has decided to prepare for the fourth season.
"Amazon's explosive freedom and revolutionary thinking has given birth to this show. It's so much more than TV to us, it's our version of the most ambitious streaming art we can conjure," Soloway said in a statement via The Hollywood Reporter. "We're having the time of our lives sharing season two for the awards season hoopla, and editing and finishing up season three for a fall release. This news of an order for season four is so, so sweet. The Pfeffermans have many more stories to tell and we can't wait to keep making them."
The storyline of transparent revolves around a normal Los Angeles based family and how their lives move to a different trajectory when their so-called father comes out as a transgender.
Judith Light, Gaby Hoffmann, Amy Landecker and Jay Duplass have been termed as supporting actors along with Jeffrey Tambor who is the transgender protagonist of the show. The show displays the struggles of the Pfeffeman transgender and how they have to cope with the already existing taboos of the society.
Tambor with his exceptional acting knacks has won a Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild Award and Emmy for his matchless work. No premiere date has been set for the season, but the fourth season will commence in 2017.
