Kpop News: Girls Genertion’s Taeyeon reveals details for her first solo concert and her solo comeback
On May 24, Taeyeon has shared the details regarding her solo concert entitled "Beautiful Kiss", she revealed it through her official twitter account accompanied with her poster for the concert.
She will kick off her performance in Seoul Olympic Hall starting from July 9 to 10, and then in Busan KBS Hall from August 6 to 7.
The ticket sale opening has been also revealed. Sales will start on May 31 at 8pm KST in Seoul and June 1 at 8pm KST in Busan.
SM Entertainment originally announced her concert to happen in April but was pushed back to the concert perfectly.
Taeyeon's label, SM Entertainment announced about to next solo comeback of the singer, they stated, "Taeyeon recently finished filming her MV in America. We'll reveal her comeback schedule once it's confirmed." as allkpop quoted.
Taeyeon made a digital and physical chart-topping debut as a solo artist on October 8, 2015, with her first extended play, "I", heralding Billboard to deem her "the year's best solo debut".
She debuted in 2007 as a member of South Korean girl group Girls' Generation under SM Entertainment and has further participated in its subgroup TTS and SM the Ballad. She has also recorded singles for various television dramas and movies as well as participated in a number of variety shows which garnered several notable awards and nominations.
Since debuting as a member of Girls' Generation, Taeyeon has received numerous nominations and awards for her solo activities in original soundtracks, radio show hosting, and musical theatre. Following her debut as a solo artist, she won Best Female Artist at the 17th Mnet Asian Music Awards, as well as the Bonsang awards at the 25th Seoul Music Awards and the 30th Golden Disc Awards in 2016.
