‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers and News Update: Phyllis Tries to Come Close to Jack, Adam Fights with Victor and Bethany Enters the Scene

Genoa city has been in the grip of tension and mystery of late and this week it will become even deeper as new challenges emerge before the denizens.

According to reports, Adam and Victor will argue in the prison. Adam wants Victor to admit his complicity in tampering Sage's journal, but Victor replies sarcastically and talks about the difficulty of being accused of something one didn't do. Later, the duo gets emotional as Adam talks about the difficult relationship he shares with him, which makes Victor soften.

After Adam leaves, Meredith and Victor share some sweet moments. Victor talks about confessing, but Meredith opposes the idea and convinces him to refrain from it. He agrees and then tells her how sweet she is. They have some mushy exchanges and she says she will try to get him out of the prison somehow. Adam goes home and tells Chelsea that they are not leaving the city and will fight his father.

Phyllis decides to mend her relationship with Jack, but Billy pops up in the middle. They are in bed together when he sends her a message asking her to meet him. He has arranged a romantic setup for her. On the other hand, Ashley questions him again about the new woman in his life and persuades him to mend fences with Victoria.

Later, she meets Phyllis and tells her that Billy is seeing someone. She also says that he will hurt her in the end as she believes him to be reconciling with Victoria. Later, Billy learns that Phyllis wants to give her marriage a chance. She heads to the suite to wait for Jack, but Billy shows up and confronts her about their fling, upsetting her a good deal. She pounces on Jack when he enters the suite.

Hurt at her refusal, Billy comes to the bar where Bethany, a former employee of his, runs into him and tells him she always had a crush on him.
