According to recent reports, "Transformers 5," the upcoming autobot movie, is given an official title by Paramount Pictures, "Transformers: The Last Knight." The reports also indicate that the movie will be set in Detroit.

This installment of the "Transformers" series will be directed by Michael Bay. Meanwhile, Art Marcum from "Iron Man" and Mark Holloway will team up with Ken Nolan, writer of "Black Hawk Down," for the script.

Mark Wahlberg will reprise his role from "Transformers: Age of Extinction" as Cade Yeager in the upcoming installment. Another star to join the team will be Isabela Moner and Jerrod Carmichael in lead roles. After being confirmed for her role in "Transformers 5: The Last Knight," the "100 Things To Do Before High School" star, Isabela Moner took to her social media and posted, "I'm gonna be in some movie franchise called #Transformers5 or something? @ParamountMovies robots?"

Previous reports suggest that Isabela Moner will be cast in the lead role after being criticized with sexism for poor treatment of Megan Fox and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. However, looks like this will not be the case anymore as Moner joins as the lead that was previously led by Shia LeBeouf.

There are also rumors suggesting that there will be a crossover in "Transformers 5." Reports suggest that Rom will be featured in the Transformers series, since Hasbro has movie plans for the old Parker Brothers toy. Just like Robert Downey Jr, Tony Stark, featured in "Incredible Hulk," and "Iron Man" in Thor, introducing Rom in "Transformers 5" makes just as much sense.
