Tyga News Update: Rapper Looking to Pass Responsibility of Son to Rob Kardashian
There have been several rumors indicating Tyga's interest in bailing out all the financial responsibilities over his son - King Cairo, once Blac Chyna weds with Rob Kardashian.
However, according to reports, he has been contemplating on his obligations on the financial implications for child support. And, the situation is definitely much more complicated as it seems.
Owing to the unstable financial status of Tyga, he is now exploring the possibility of financial relief, specifically with Rob marrying Blac. The report suggests that the amount received by Tyga for child support would remain unchanged once she gets hooked. Tyga has also discussed the same with his attorneys and checked out the possibilities of completely bailing out of child support in case Blac gets a contract for a TV show.
Unfortunately, the chances of this seem bleak. On the other hand, David Pissara, a divorce attorney from California, informed that Tyga would be financially responsible for his son till the age of 18.
In May last year, there were reports revealing Blac's intention to get full custody of her son. However, the possibility of the same was not encouraging as it would be difficult for her to win the case considering her actions as a parent. At the same time, Chyna would be required to provide material and concrete evidence to prove that Tyga is not fit to bring up their son.
The case went on and by the end of 2015, the court ordered Tyga to pay for the financial support extended towards his son which would include the vehicle and nanny expenses. The fortune turned on its head when Blac Chyna was arrested for public intoxication, giving rise to claims that Tyga may soon win the custody of his son. But, last month it was heard that Tyga was fighting all guns to gain full custody of King Cairo.
