Duggar Family News: Ghosts Of Past Haunt Josh Outdoors

Public outings for Josh Duggar are not easy, making it apparent why he is not being seen often.

In Touch Weekly recently published images of the oldest Duggar child looking uncomfortable at a restaurant in Florida where the Duggars had reportedly gathered to celebrate Mother's Day. While all members of the family were at ease in the presence of a friendly crowd, Josh Duggar clearly was not.

"Only Josh seemed not to be having a good time," a source reportedly said. "Anna had her back to us but occasionally she would move around and she was smiling. She looked very much at ease."

Josh Duggar made headlines last year when allegations that he molested minors, including four sisters, surfaced. His confession that he had acted out of line and brought shame to the family resulted in TLC removing the family's 19 Kids & Counting. As the Duggar family was dealing with child abuse allegations, reports that Josh was on Ashely Madison emerged. This was followed by claims from porn actors that he slept with them.

Josh entered a six-month rehab that saw his marriage navigate troubled waters; his wife Anna moved out of the Duggar household and spent time with her parents. The worst seemed to have been put behind when he emerged from rehab. However, he continues to suffer from the damage done to his reputation.

Other reports claim his recent visit to a miniature golf course turned embarrassing as other patrons opted to leave while he was there. Reports that the family's members too are wary of having kids in Josh's presence have been humiliating. The Duggars have been careful to not post images of Josh given concerns that it could further harm the family's reputation and ratings of Jill & Jessa: Counting On.
