Is Pokemon GO set for June release? Following a job posting by Niantic, rumors mills suggest the game could be launched during June-September.

A Reddit post claimed Niantic seeks to hire a Product Marketing Manager on short-term contract. The job requirements state the manager should be able to handle all marketing tasks right up to the launch. The last requirement has caused some flurry with many interpreting it as a reference to the game's launch.

Pokemon GO beta-testing is on in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Testers have provided fans their first glimpses of the game and have leaked many details about gyms, sparring, trainer customization, capturing, weather and spawning, among other aspects of the game. Recent reports also suggest inclusion of a store that allows gamers to buy in-game upgrades, new reports claim.

Accordingly, gamers can buy available objects for Pokecoins which are collected in the game or can be purchased with real-world currency.

"In the store, you can purchase items with a new mechanic: PokeCoins. 'Gems' (as had been previously identified in the APK) are out. They've been almost entirely removed from the codebase. And coins are in! Coins help you purchase items and gear upgrades," according to a post on the Reddit group Sliph Road.

For now, testers can purchase storage upgrade, incense, a lucky egg the cost of which remains unknown, pokestop disc and revive prowess that helps revive a fainted Pokemon.

The new upgrade to the beta also brought some changes to the battle scene. Besides the two stamina bars in battle, some Pokemon have additional bars that helps perform special moves. The bar is an indication of the number of times such moves can be performed.

Pokemon GO was announced last September by Niantic, Nintendo and the Pokemon Company.
