‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7 Spoilers: Glenn’s Death Has More to It Than Just Plot

According to a recent report, Norman Reedus is insiting on firing Steven Yeun from the show so that there is more airtime for Jeffery Dean Morgan, Reedus' friend. This could mean that Glenn's end is near.

The show spoilers are already pointed towards death of a character from Negan's bat beating in season six finale. If the rumors and reports are to be believed, it hints towards Glenn's death.

The fans who are also acquainted with the comic book version of "The Walking Dead," they would know that Glenn's character eventually dies. Actor Steven Yeun, playing Glenn on the show, was seen filming for his upcoming movie, "Okja," which is another telltale sign that his character is dead on the show.

The filming was Season 7 is set to begin today and it is yet to be seen whether Yeun will come back to the next season or not. Meanwhile recent reports indicate that there is a lot more to Yeun's exit from "The Walking Dead."

Rumors suggest that Norman Reedus is using his clout to manipulate the casting matters on the show. An insider, on condition of anonymity, told that Reedus, playing Daryl's character, is trying to get more airtime for his friend Jeffrey Dean Morgan playing Negan.

"He was instrumental in getting Jeffrey added to the show, and he wants next season to center around their characters - and if that means zombies kill off Rick or Glenn, so be it," said a source.

But the fans refuse to believe these rumors on the grounds that Reedus has been close to show team and that his personality is not what is being reflected in the reports.
