J.K. Rowling, author of "Harry Potter" series is being criticized by fans for ruining the blockbuster fantasy series. With West End performance of "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" and the upcoming movie release, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," the fans are worried that the author's decision to publish two more books this year will expose the beautiful world of wizarding a tad too much.

It has been five years since the release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2," the last installment of the "Harry Potter" movie series. But if you are a Potterhead and have been waiting for some wizarding treats then get ready for the "Cursed Child," a two-part West End performance that will premiere on July 30 at Palace Theatre, London. Apart from that, a "Harry Potter prequel/spin-off, "Fantastic Beasts," is also releasing this November.

While it looks good until here, the problem is that this is not all. J.K. Rowling, apart from the play and movie, is also publishing two Harry Potter related books this year. The print version of "Cursed Child" part 1 and 2 will be released in print and digital format on July 31.

There have also been reports that script for "Fantastic Beasts" will also be published by Warner Bros on November 19, just ahead of the movie premiere.

There are many fans who seem to be displeased with Rowling's overdose of Harry Potter treats this year. Some fans even believe that the book versions as well as theatre performance of "Cursed Child" and movie version of "Fantastic Beasts" will not only overexpose but also ruin the much-loved Potter series.

According to Carolyn Todd of Refinery, "The past, present, future of the Harry Potter world is now generously doled out on the screen, the stage, Twitter, e-books, real books, and so forth. And the spell is wearing off (sorry, I had to)," Todd wrote.
