Lifetime Channel's hit reality show Dance Moms looks pretty successful as the unfolding of tension-filled dramatic scenes in the upcoming episodes has made the show quite sensational with Abby Lee Miller acting so erratic in front reality TV cameras while spewing out disturbing claims about her salary and even money the moms supposedly owed her.

The coach of the ALDC studio still has navigate her way out of a legal mess involving a federal bankruptcy fraud case with shocking claims surrounding her initial bankruptcy filing. As per official court papers, the 49-year-old dance coach said she was barely making a salary when she invoked for protection under Chapter 11 bankruptcy on December 3, 2010 according to Radar Online.

The documents indicated that her monthly income was $8,882.55 while her December 2010 Small Business Monthly Operating Report posted monthly expenses cost her $11,525.40 leaving her a negative net income of over $2,600.

Her assets and liabilities ranged somewhere around $100,001 to $500,000 plus $6,025 of unanticipated expense linked to bankruptcy filing which she borrowed for the filing. There were some figures citing $3,088.13 in unpaid bills and $26,000 in unpaid local and school taxes. Then there were also claims of customers still owing her $7,356. Interestingly enough, there was also a section in the filing documents identifying names of former Dance Mom costars' parents as debtors.

As per Reality Tea report, Chloe Lukasiak's parents and Brooke and Paige Hyland's parents allegedly still owed her $500 and $800 respectively. On top of those unpaid debts from parents, she also claimed for debt for $3,000 she spent on costumes for children and a seamstress.

Three years of bankruptcy trials saw her Chapter 11 case dismissed. She also faces another two counts of bankruptcy fraud, five counts of hiding her assets, and 13 assets of faking her bankruptcy declarations.

Meanwhile, Enstarz reported that Miller managed to secure a postponement of her case for a little bit longer as she filed a pre-trial motion of extension for the fifth time. The judge overseeing the case reluctantly gave in to her request but with one important caveat that reads: "THE COURT IS NOT INCLINED TO GRANT ANY FURTHER EXTENSIONS."

It seems like Abby Lee Miller is doing everything she can to avoid prison term. For better or worse, it appears to be working (for now, at least).
