After Lenovo buying the ex-Google firm Motorola, the sales have remained unchanged but however the only thing that's changed is the fact that it's now under the target of a 5M$ law-suit. This clearly indicates the way Motorola have been treating its customers treading a way to face different challenges. It's currently facing a multi-million-dollar lawsuit for poor customer service.

The problem being the fact that a Moto customer has been continuously denied services from the company making it inevitable for the customer to file a law-suit. Apparently this is not the only case of problems since a lot of people are already complaining about their servicemaking it very difficult to have a defective device to be replaced of fixed. One Redditor went public about his problem and it turned out that others too had similar concerns. The post explains about the failure of the firm where repeated failure to deliver service and honor warranty especially for their flagship devices. An American citizen named Douglas Lynch filed a class-action against the brand on April 21 in Illinois.

It was the first legal step he had to undertake after learning that others have also experienced the same problem. The amount of the lawsuit filed can clearly been visible due to the fact about the frustration for customers due to repeated failures by the Lenovo owned firm. Douglas had purchased a Moto 360 only after about nine-months for the hardware's back-plate to go cracked and thereby had to be requested for replacement. Motorola however promised replacement for the hardware and the same to be sent within four days after receiving the broken piece. But however things took a strange turn when the after twelve days of following his problem up, Motorola only ended up giving excuses about the lack of availability of the new hardware of the moment. They also had mentioned to him that the piece had to be imported from China. But after receiving his replacement, he learnt that he was given a rip-off and not the original product. This made him file a lawsuit.
