Teen Wolf Season 6 News Update: New Season with New Characters

Season 6 of the popular TV series, "Teen Wolf" is expected to see a whole new cast.

With the story moving ahead, the characters will be graduating to high school. It is also being expected that the season will also see the characters celebrating their graduation farewell in season six.

According to reports, Liam will be taking over as the lead role in the upcoming season. Played by Dylan Sprayberry, Liam will be taking over Scott McCall, who plays the current leader. Scott's character is played by actor Tyler Posey in the TV series.

Season 5 saw Liam playing a werewolf who is extremely strong. His strength is such that he can even overpower Scott. An episode in the previous season also had Scott being almost killed by Liam. However, the only problem that Liam faces is that he cannot control his power.

But now, since Liam will be the next lead, he will have to learn to control his powers. The report suggests that Scott will be training Liam to be the perfect leader. Scott will groom him and train him to control his powers since a leader must have a control over his power before anything else.

In a recent interview, Posey has revealed that shooting is in progress for the sixth season and they are currently shooting the third episode of the season. But, he refrained from revealing any further details about what the fans can expect from the upcoming season.

Apart from this, some characters from the previous season will also not be a part of season six. Kira Yukimura, played by actress Arden Cho, will no longer be seen on the show since she had to make a pact with Skinwalkers to save her friends and the pact requires her to be a part of a group, all her life.

The premier of Season 6 is expected to happen sometime around June this year. However nothing has been confirmed so far.
