Kpop News: HISTORY shares experience in 3 years of being an idol group
As HISTORY celebrated their 3rd anniversary since their debut, the group shares about their experience both the good and the bad.
On April 26, anniversary date of the group, HISTORY come up for an interview with Star News. The group speaks out about their thoughts and feelings of being in a journey as an idol.
As they look back at the last 3 years they all agreed that they lived their life as an idol diligently.
Each of the members then asked on their personal thoughts and reflection. Leader Kyungil shared, "There were moments where I regretted, and felt disappointed, but there were also a lot of times where we felt accomplished. Its half disappointment and half-successes. We will even work harder for our future endeavors.
Na Do Kyun shared, "For the last 3 years, we worked really hard but we also lived positively. Though I regret that we didn't get a lot of chances to spend time with our fans, In the near future, I would like to work even harder so I can have shows and be able to hold events with them. In this way, I'll be happily accepting the difficulties that we suffer. (Soompi)
Jae Ho also opened up, "We may not be able to achieve what we really wanted to attain in Korea, we've been able to improve our selves through personal experiences from writing songs, performing, composing and a lot more, so I'm proud of what we are right now."
The members took some time to recall when they were still debuting, Si Hyung stated, "I can still remember when we were in the waiting room. Do Kyun happily added, "After we finished recording, we went to eat bibimbap".
HISTORY maybe wasn't able to promote and achieved accomplishments in their own land but comparing to other Korean idol groups their popularity is favorable in foreign perspectives. They debuted in Japan and promoted their released album throughout Europe.
HISTORY said that their goal is to gain and be able to achieve attainments of popularity in Korea same as they received internationally. They also relayed to keep the love and support in their future projects.
The group currently released a comeback album entitled "HIM" with 8 tracks with instrumentals "Queen," "Wild Boy," "Baby, Hello," "Lost," "Liar" Dokyun's solo "Whenever," were written and composed by the members themselves, showing they really improved in their music skills. History have displayed many different images and have been active as singers for 3 years. They debuted on KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" on April 26, 2013 with their first single "Dreamer," and say they still remember it vividly.
