Sense8' Season 2 Release Date and Rumors: Cast Members Fly to Italy After Filming in India

So far, there have been very few details about the season 2. However, the fans have been receiving their scoop of information via show cast updating their social media. Only recently, Bae Doona of "Sense8," Tina Desai and Miguel Angel Silvestre revealed that the cast members and the production crew have arrived in Europe, particularly in Italy and Paris, for the filming.

Before leaving for Italy, the crew was in India where they documented their stay through Instagram. Purab Kohli, Indian actor, shared his filming experience, "we have just finished our Mumbai schedule for Sense8 and with just enough time to gather our bearings and pack our bags, we are now in Italy for the second leg," he told Indian Express.

"I love the Amalfy coast where I had spent two beautiful weeks in 2009. Back then, I never thought I would be shooting there one day," he continued.

Doona, another cast member, also thanked Mumbai for a warm reception and a memento with a photo showing her as a god "with my new eyebrows and sexy fingers."

Brian J. Smith, Doona's co-star in "Sense8" is also ecstatic about his own badge where he is displayed as a spiritual guru. On the other hand, Slivestre also shared his trip to the Elephanta Island and Elephanta caves with his cast mates.

Season 2 release date is yet to be confirmed. But the speculation is that the fans are expecting it to air in June 2016. However, it is possible that the delayed show renewal will also affect its launch date. Hence the fans may have to wait longer before they are able to see their favorite sensates on screen.
