Legend of Zelda Wii U' Release Date and News: Game Expected to Release on Nintendo NX

There are many rumors that surround the famous, "Legend of Zelda Wii U." However, the one that is surely going to interest the fans more is that it may not only release on Wii U but also on its next upcoming console, Nintendo NX.

The Nintendo NX is the next generation console that is expected to arrive in the next two months, most likely at E3 this year. It is also rumored that the console may come around the holiday season. However, the other exciting rumor for the fans impatiently waiting for The Legend of Zelda and Nintendo NX can rejoice as the title is expected to come out on the new console as well.

If indeed Nintendo announces NX at E3, the chances are that the next Zelda game and the console, both will be available in the upcoming holiday season. It also needs to be remembered that in 2011, Nintendo announced Wii U at E3 but didn't release the console until next year in 2012 holiday season.

Not only that, the game may also allow the protagonist to play as a female. But it is not known if both male and female protagonists have to play together or there will be a choice between the two.
