'The Blacklist': Is Elizabeth Keene really dead?

There is absolutely no idea! What occurred throughout tonight's follow-up to Megan Boone's probable exit from last week's 'The Blacklist' has no clue what on earth happened in the show!

Last night, Red (James Spader) sorrowed Liz's death after childbirth by possibly imagining saving a woman (Lotte Verbeek) from drowning herself, sitting next to her while she took a lot of baths, and possibly maybe but probably not admitting to being Liz's father while lamenting the fact that Tom (Ryan Eggold) wants Red to have nothing to do with his daughter. E! News.

At the max, it seems that the woman, whose name seems to be Katarina, was not real, and was actually Red's love who he was, at one point, unable to save.

After Red seemingly talked to himself and made himself risotto and made us all cry, he also set up booby traps for the men who were pursuing him and Katarina, but we're assuming they weren't real either?

Sincerely there is no idea what's going on in the show. Of course, just because tonight's episode didn't entirely focus on the aftermath of Liz's death doesn't mean the show isn't going there.

Next episode seems to be an inquiry into her death, as shown in the precap by the opening of this week's episode. The precap shows Red interrogates one of the doctors who was present when Liz died. But then again, that also could have been a dream.

If this death is a false, it's surely a fascinating one so far. If it's real, then it will be heart breaking.

'The Blacklist' airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on NBC. We hope the next episode clears our doubts and fans do not question again, "What happened in the show"
