Zayn Malik News Update: Considering Reconciliation with Former Band Mate Harry Styles

It seems like Zayn Malik is in a mood to patch up with One Direction band mates Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson.

According to reports, he is even using his model girlfriend Gigi Hadid to get back to his band mates. It so happened that when Gigi got to know about Zayn's intentions, she suggested planning a double date with her model friend Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles, who is reportedly dating each other.

It is worth mentioning here that the "Pillowtalk" singer left his band mates, one year ago in a bid to chart his career as a solo singer. And if insiders are to be believed, his group has still not pardoned him for leaving except Liam Payne, who got in touch with Malik to congratulate him after his first solo "Pillowtalk" released.

Even Zayn has admitted to being in touch with Liam. In an interview singer said that he is probably the closest to Liam who congratulated him on his single and he reciprocated the gesture, complimenting him on his BRIT award.

He also said that Liam understands his reasons for leaving One Direction and that the duo may come together for an album. Zayn said that Liam intends to do some music and work on some different stuff than they did in the band. Even Payne admitted to working with Zayn. The duo has been also reported to be hanging out.

Well, it looks like Zayn wants to move ahead through this bonding and reach out to Harry Styles who has been quite miffed with Malik ever since he left the band. He feels betrayed and since Malik dismissed the band's role in his career, he is highly unlikely to respond to his "mending walls" gesture.

We only wonder if Zayn's model girlfriends can create the patch up.
