‘Boruto: Naruto the Movie 2’ Cancelled; Franchise To Intrigue Viewers Through A Takashi Yano Based Series
After the blockbuster success of 'Boruto: Naruto the Movie' back in 2015, fans anticipated the frontman behind the Japanese anime adventure based film, Hiroyuki Yamashita will make his second directorial appearance by releasing a hint for the second sequel of the marvel.
A bit of a disappointment and of course such a bitter pill to swallow, the implied assumption has taken another turn as the highly estimated sequel might not be soon released.
According to Cross Map, the 'Boruto: Naruto the Movie 2' has been cancelled or maybe postponed. Of course, the Naruto franchise is already jam-packed with their other anime films, thus, making it impossible to work on the second, in-demand sequel.
While the franchise has dumped the idea, temporarily, the situation is not at all difficult to grasp. The termination of one wonder leads to the fabrication of another sensation, titled as the True Legend of Itachi, which has, indirectly ward off the production of the movie.
The upcoming series has drawn its inspiration from a novel written by Takashi Yano. Dispersed into two parts, the series will be exceptional in its kind as the preliminary part focuses on the embryonic years of Itachi, and his attachment to the Ninja Army when he was just a little of his age. The second part is more audacious and filled with action-packed touches as it is termed as the Dark Knight, which shows Itachi's adverse and demonic side as to how he was efficacious in defeating the entire Uchicha Clan.
There is no as such optimistic update regarding the production of the movie, however, the franchise is ready to fascinate the fan base by mounting an anime series, inimitable and matchless, releasing around May.
As far as the series is concerned, it will definitely be a sensation, a far cry from other monotonous adventure based flicks. While the fate of the movie is uncertain, we might acquaint ourselves with the series, which will soon be hitting the screens on 9th May.
