According to recent reports, there might be a delay in release of "The Sims 4" on PS4 and Xbox One because of some technical issued that occurred during the porting of the game. EA, however, is yet to release an official statement about these speculations.

In another related news, as the console gamers are waiting for their own version, PC and Mac players are already enjoying the game's March update. According to the game community, the update was released on March 22, complete with new content and some basic bug fixes.

In the update, there were two new challenges added to the game. One of them is return of the Egg Challenge that makes the players collect eggs in game environment and receive a reward in the end. However, this time around, rather than collecting 10 eggs, the developers added two more, making it 12 eggs that the players are required to collect. Once all the eggs have been collected, players will be allowed to unlock a stuffed bunny as a reward.

The other one is a Spring Challenge where the players have to plant and grow fruits. To complete this challenge, the players are required to visit an NPC, Jasmine Holiday, situated in Garden of Oasis Springs and Willow Creek. Once the player plants 20 fruits, he receives a reward. Even though it sounds easy, the fertilizer provided by Jasmine is limited and the players have to use it wisely to grow the perfect fruit.
