Kpop News: BEAST’s Hyunseung officially leaves the group

On April 19, Cube Entertainment officially affirmed that Hyunseung of BEAST leaves the group. After so many months of rumors and denials of his leaving, the label finally confirmed.

Rumors were not mere rumors anymore.

Controversies about Hyunseung were on fire for months after discovering more of his behaviors. Netizens in that time were also pleading Hyunseung to leave the group due to his attitude for it might affect the group. Not the attending the fan meeting last year due to personal reasons of the singer was probably one of the signs he's showing that he's being inactive.

There were also reports that Hyunseung's attitude towards working seemed aloof and uninterested.

Cube Entertainment revealed that even though Hyunseung leaves BEAST, he will stay with the label. He will be a solo artist then. With the remaining 5 members, they will be continuing their career as an idol group.

We would like to give our thanks to the fans who loved BEAST, and we would like to bring out news for all of you.

As of today, Jang Hyunseung has officially withdrawn from BEAST, and the group has been reorganized to consist of five members: Yoon Doojoon, Lee Gikwang, Yang Yoseop, Yong Junhyung, and Son Dongwoon.

Jang Hyunseung would like to focus on his own music career as a soloist and not as a member of BEAST.

Jang Hyunseung and the five members have been discussing and consulting continually with the company with regards to making some changes of the groups errands due to differences of personality that started to have varieties of opinions towards music. After a long consultation, the members agreed to let go of Jang Hyunseung and would reorganize the team.

For 7 years of working together, BEAST continuously worked hard without rest for the fans and shared ulterior goals of reaching the top. The decision we made was never easy for the members, company, or to anyone.

BEAST, with a five-member group, is preparing to release a new album in 2016 be it domestically and overseas. Please continue to support and show interest in BEAST and Jang Hyunseung, who will be doing their best in their own positions.

Some fans were not shocked about the breaking news while other's were sad because of his withdrawal.
