'Teen Wolf' Season 6 News Update: Show Likely to Get the Next Teen Wolf, Along With More Characters

The success and social acceptance of Teen Wolf is well explained by the fact that the drama series has already been renewed for its sixth season, even before the completion of the fifth season.

With the fifth season of this supernatural drama series coming to an end in a few weeks, there have been talks and rumors that the next season i.e. the sixth season would be the concluding season of the show.

According to reports, the sixth season would be all set to be telecasted by July 9. The season will see the introduction of more characters, namely, Scott, to be played by Tyler Posey and Stiles, to be played by Dylan O' Brien. In addition to that, Arden Cho, who played the character of Kira Yukimura would phase out in the sixth season. Moreover, the season will also see the comeback of Peter Hale to Beacon Hills and Theo in the sixth season.

With critics suspecting season six to be the concluding season of Teen Wolf, there has been reports that Liam, played by Dylan Sprayberry, may emerge as the main character, and he would be groomed to be the next Teen Wolf. All rumors on the prospective season being the end of the drama, has however been negated by Jeff Davis, the executive producer of the series. He has said that there are many more stories to be told, post Season 6. According to the executive producer, the show still has enough material to go on. To add to it, there have been hints on Dylan Sprayberry taking on the character of "Teen Wolf".

Tyler Posey, the current "Teen Wolf" revealed in a recent interview that they are well into the casting of the show, but refrained from disclosing any details on the future seasons.
