'Dancing with the Stars' News Update: Switch-up Night Might Change the Game for Contestants
So, the game-changing night has arrived on "Dancing with the Stars". With dance partners swapped, the contestants are definitely going to have a tough time as they will perform without the guidance of their familiar partner-cum-teachers. But it might also spring pleasant surprises and make winners out of losers.
At present, nine contestants are in the fray and among them the ones who seem to be on the exit route include Doug Flutie, Kim Fields and Von Miller. According to reports, Doug has been the low scorer for the past two weeks and with his partner out, it will be truly a tough night. Interestingly, Peta Murgatroyd, his current week's partner won the fourteenth season along with Donald Driver- an NFL player.
As for Kim, the Disney night was hard and now that another test is in the offing, it will be a challenge. But dance partner Keo might bring out the best in her. Von Miller also seems to be in danger and it is left to Lindsay to help him accomplish some great moves.
Coming to the top performers, Paige VanZant seems set to continue her string of solid performances, this time with Sasha Farber. Ginger Zee is also on the same path and with the competent Mark Ballas in tow; it would be really a great show. Wanya Morris would feature in the top ranks too with his performance graph consistently going upwards. Witney Carson, the nineteenth season winner is sure to produce some fireworks.
The safe contestants list should comprise Nyle DiMarco, Jodie Sweetin and Antonio Brown. Nyle has definitely won hearts and if everything goes well, he would be safe. As for Jodie, she was lucky to survive and we are sure the actress would have prepared hard and under the efficient tutelage of Valentin Chmerkovskiy, it is highly unlikely she will falter.
Antonio could be the best surprise of the night as he is on a roll after the Aladdin performance. The powerhouse partner Karina Smirnoff would have certainly trained him to top.
