'Kocktails With Khloe' Talk Show Canceled After Three Months

Khloé Kardashian will not be sipping Kocktails anymore with guests on her reality show.

Though it had been on the air for only three months, the star talk show, "Kocktails with Khloé," will not be aired any longer. With the network as well as the reality star splitting up, the show's production will be held up as Kardashian has deflected her attention to other projects.

She is not interested in shooting another season of the show. FYI network executives said the 31-year-old "checked out." It was her disinterest that made FYI cancel it. In July 2015, "Kocktails with Khloé" went on air with eight one-hour episodes. It premiered in January the following year to record ratings for FYI, after which it ordered 15 additional episodes.

The reason for Khloe's sudden disinterest is not clear. All her episodes so far have been quite intriguing.

For instance, its season one finale starred guests Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. Khloe has had a number of guests from her large family featuring on the show, including Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick and Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Tyga. 

Another interesting episode was this week's relay of "Kocktails with Khloé," showing how the youngest members of the Kardashian family reacted to the news of Caitlyn Jenner becoming female. Kourtney and Disick's oldest child, Mason Disick, had been thrown into confusion when his grandfather became a woman.

"Mason was uncomfortable but [would] kind of, like, be distant to Caitlyn, but Caitlyn ... understood and handled it perfectly," Kardashian said.

It was easier to take for Kim Kardashian's two-year-old daughter North West and Kourtney's second child, three-year-old Penelope Disick, as they had not thought that Caitlyn was Bruce Jenner.

"But the little ones, like North and P, they don't know the difference, which is the innocence of children," Kardashian continued. "They know her as just Caitlyn."

The season one finale of "Kocktails with Khloé" is scheduled for Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 10 p.m. ET.
