People all over the world celebrate April Fool's day with pranks and false reports. However, it is the responsibility of these people to use this light day in its right spirit. However, a post wrongly posted Michael Schumacher's health status as a prank that is likely to attract angered response from fans.

Sportsrageous, in a bid to be humorous on April Fool's Day, may have crossed a line when it posted an article claiming that F1 legend is now fully recovered from his injuries and is all set to race again. Even though this is exactly the kind of update fans are waiting for, it is possible that this blatant post will attract ire from from not only the fans but also the Schumachers, even if it was all in humorous spirit.

It is known for the Schumacher family to use legal action against false news, although it is yet to be seen if they will let this one go. The family and the sport star's manager have been tight-lipped about his health status and have warned against posting news about the F1 racer and his ski accident back in 2013.

However, the post explains in the end as a fictional story, it is possible that many will not approve of it.

Call it a prank or not, the idea behind the post was to mislead readers and to generate site traffic using false means. The most reliable source of any information related to the racer and his health is Sabine Kehm or his family.

Many fans are still hoping for his recovery and wish for him to be back on the tracks soon.

As far as the prank is concerned, it is yet to be seen if the Schumachers will respond or react to this false news.
