A 20-year-old male model in Brazil spent over $50,000 on plastic surgery so he could look like a real-life version of Barbie's boyfriend, Ken. In an ironic twist, he has now released his own doll which looks like him.

Celso Santebañes has had four surgeries on his jaw, chin, and nose, plus silicone implants in his chest, according to Mirror. Santebañes is not the only Ken dol, there is also Justin Jedlica from New York City, who has had over 90 surgeries to make him look like Barbie's boyfriend.

He shot to fame after he was noticed at a talk show in Brazil and now charges up to $16,000 for VIP appearances and is now talking to producers about a possible reality show.

The Celso doll that the model has introduced will be launched in Los Angeles.

Santebañes posted a pic on Instagram of himself and his doll doppelganger, adding the caption: "I never expected to have a toy myself ... I went to the city to become a model ... I dreamt of being a human puppet, but having one in my image was completely unexpected."

"The human Ken bachelor is looking for his Barbie," Santebanes wrote on his Facebook page. "Who wants to be my girlfriend? After all no one is happy alone."
