Samsung Galaxy Note 6 Release Date, News and Rumors: Releasing in July?

Note 5 was launched in August 2015 and based on this logic, it was speculated that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 6 too will be released in August. However, rumor has it that it just may be launched a bit sooner than previously thought.

According to a Korean website, latest phablet offering by Samsung may end up being as early as July. Even though it remains to be seen if the report is reliable, there may be more reasons to believe that it is indeed possible.

Even if Note 6 does release in July, the time difference is not much and is only about a month. In fact, it will not be the first time for Samsung to move their release cycle for unveiling of their phablets. Samsung has done this before as well. It wasn't long time before when the company tweaked its update launch date which normally happens in September. If they do it again this time, it will not be very surprising.

Another strong reason to believe that Samsung is actually planning to release their Galaxy Note 6 in July is the competition.

Samsung's plan to release Note 6 in July may also be a part of the company's strategy to segregate their product cycles from that of Apple. This will give them an opportunity to get more coverage and limelight when they release a new device.

However, there is no official word from Samsung about the release date of Note 6 and it may not be set in stone as of now. Though the decision to launch in July seems like a sensible one when these factors are taken into consideration. Until then, the fans have to keep their eyes out for an official announcement or news regarding their favorite phablet.
