MacBook Pro 2016 Rumors and Release Date: New Apple Product Still Believed To Be Released In June

Apple has long been a trailblazer in laptop technology with the dual success of its MacBook Air and MacBook devices. However, the Cupertino-based tech giant remains tight-lipped on details surrounding its signature laptop models. So far, there are still persistent rumors that it will hit the market around June although such news remains largely unconfirmed for the time being.

With rumors swirling all over rumor land, tech buffs and gadget enthusiasts remain largely unmoved and continue to speculate on the slated release of such devices.

 "A lot of Apple fans had expected the new MacBook Air 2016 and MacBook Pro 2016 to be revealed on the Let us loop you in event on 21st March, but the tech company said nothing about the upcoming laptops, which is has raised the question about the release date of the new MacBooks," as quoted by The Gamen Guide.

As reported by the International Business Times, Apple is rumored to unveil three models of its beloved MacBook device-----12-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch---with speculations churning out from rumor mills regarding its rumored specs and features.

With remarkable absence from Apple's 'Loop You In' spring event, Parent Herald explored rumored designs and features the new MacBook Pro models are expected to come with:

1. Sleek design- While exact details remain scarce, the new 2016 models reportedly boast an ultrathin design reminiscent of the 2015 12-inch model.

2. Skylake chipsets- Renowned notebook makers like Dell, HP, and Microsoft have all embraced Intel's new generation of chipsets fueling rumors that Apple laptops may also contain the same.

3. More USB ports- The new devices will feature more USB-C Type slots or an additional adapter to enable users to add multiple devices.

4. Support for external graphics card- Higher configuration in high-end gaming is expected to come with support for graphics card on the 2016 MacBook series.

5. Bigger Storage Offering- Base storage will reportedly start at 256GB reflecting the trend found in most of its more sophisticated rivals.

6. Touch ID fingerprint sensor- A biometric recognition security reportedly aims to amplify access protection to the media hyped notebook series.

7. Siri for MacBook- The next edition of Mac OS X reportedly includes Apple's famed voice-assistant app, Siri.

Despite scarce info on its exact release date, the unveiling of the much-awaited laptop series is rumored to coincide with World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) held from June 13-17 this year.
