New Zealand all set to face England in the first Semi-finals of ICC T20 World Cup 2016.

New Zealand is all set to take on England in the first semi-finals ICC T20 World Cup 2016 here at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi on Wednesday. New Zealand has been the only unbeaten side so far in the tournament.Second ranked New Zealand will be facing the 2010 champions England who has been placed in the fifth position. Spinners MitchellSantner and IshSodhi has been the key to success for the Black Caps so far in the tournament. However the batting side of the team has not been able to put up some competitive total on the scoreboard which is indeed a concern for the team. It was the bowling side which defended the low totals against India and Australia. However Skipper Kane Williamson seems confident on continuing their winning streak in the semi-finals against England too.

England on the other entered the Semis by winning three matches of their four matches. Their heroic effort against South Africa is still fresh in the air. But for England in Kotla's slow track pitch they might have some concerns with the batting. They have heavily and solely relied upon Joe Root in the recent matches. But players like Alex Hales, Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler and skipper Eion Morgan can change the course of the match single-handedly. With Moeen Ali as an all-rounder in the team he is expected to perform well both with the bat and ball.

Teams:

New Zealand: Kane Williamson (captain), Martin Guptill, Colin Munro, Ross Taylor, Corey Anderson, Grant Elliott, Luke Ronchi (wk), Mitchell Santner, IshSodhi, Mitchell McLenaghan, Nathan McCullum, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Henry Nicholls, Adam Milne.

England: Eoin Morgan (captain), Alex Hales, Jason Roy, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler (wk), Moeen Ali, AdilRasheed, Chris Jordan, David Willey, Liam Plunkett, James Vince, Reece Topley, Liam Dawson, Sam Billings.
